WEBSITE CLOSING
October 12th, 2006Due to financial and personal reasons, I will no longer be able to maintain or keep this website up for Brother Little*Star.
If anyone would like to take up the task and keep this wonderful site up, please contact Brother Little*Star and talk to him. I can offer a little assistance in moving the site to a new place.
The site consists of 3 parts:
1. The infinitestarlight.org domain
2. The actual website content
3. The database information that powers the blog-based part of the site.
The domain will expire in 1 year when the current pre-paid time is up. I cannot renew it any longer. The site will need to be moved to a new place within a few months of now or it will face deletion when the current pre-paid hosting contract is up with my provider.
I enjoyed supporting Brother Little*Star’s message of love for all, and hope that someone will step forward and help keep him online.
Sincerely,
David,
Webmaster for this site.
today i interview with the local weekly paper
August 1st, 2006i interviewed with the local weekly paper re
www.couchsurfing.com aug1,2006.
interview went well ! & synchronistically got 1 other
involved, french-african-american spiritual sister
Arriane. she always dresses so exotic, has 2 teen
daughters, got initiated by my same guru and attended
those umpqua oregon campout retreats, and whenever i
see her around town she is so amazing to behold the
wondrous splendour thereof, she is a walking talking
book-writing peace-Dove !
i wish to get in a few words about the sacredness of
the timeless human virtue of humbly graciously giving
and receiving and sharing holy hospitality.
it seems connected to the human quest for eventual
world peace.
i’ll compose this and save as draft and send to you,
so you may use it a supplement to our interview today,
for any worthy words for inclusion in next weeks
article or whatever issue your article about
couchsurfing.com may appear.
yes, over the years as a world traveller with passport
i have both given and received and shared hospitality.
most relevant directly to your topic of snata cruz
county metro weekly paper and it’s local residents who
are also members of the global hospitality club online
website www.couchsurfing.com
i did host as daily tour guide one sister of peace and
higher cosnciousness and fellow vegan/pure-vegetarian
Clary. she’d flown from Hawaii to check California,
and here in santa cruz she stayed at youth hostel i
directed her to, and she rented a car in which we were
travel companions to monterrey bay sites of interest.
we drove the 17 mile scenic route near carmel by the
sea and monterrey and the ocean shores there were
beautiful and exotic as if from another planet, i
felt.
i guided her to local rural buddha land called “Land
of the Medicine Buddha”, we hiked the natural grounds
with redwoods and saw the various religious art,
turned the prayer wheel, entered the temple where we
found pillows abundant, so she wanted to spread them
out and get herself a massage by bodhisatva baba baby
bear, that’s me. ;-D
she enjoyed her massage for better part of an hour,
maybe 1/2 hour or whatever; anyways then when we
sensed other temple goers approaching we switched to a
more conventional appearance of presence in the
temple, but before the others got in i had already
found glasses left behind and no losers weepers in
sight nor hearing range, so i’d placed them humorously
onto the fitting face of one of the buddha statues,
where our new co-guests subsequently saw them and
lamentingly removed them with whispered reproach at
whatever unknown past temple attendee might have
placed them there.
anyways, love and Laughs seems essence of divine joy
and felt to me like compassionate buddha would approve
of our sacred temple activities.
Clary and i both gave one another a positive reference
in one another’s couchsurfing.com profiles.
for many days weeks months years prior to learning of
the 4 websites known to me about global hospitality
clubs, i’d provided hospitality to many people
including foreigners from other countries, and i ahve
rec’d hospitality both domestically in USA by some of
her truer citizens, as well as during overseas travels
in strange foreign lands.
perhaps some highlights can be written here and/or
spoken of in interview, maybe the more entertaining
ones included in article in your paper.
i do not know if spontaneous hospitality in mobile
roofs with wheels counts, some of the funniest stories
stem from hitch-hiking encounters.
on a note of honesty and Balance, with hopes that
indeed some measure of “conflict” does make “stories”
more intriguing, well, in America the free even or
especially groovy alternative santa cruz county area,
Landlords do often cause artificial problems with
attempting to provide hospitality to visitors, guests,
travellers, foreign emissaries and ambassadors of
peace, etc.
more than once a foreign girl-friend flew to visit me
here and although i was paying around ha,lkf my income
more or less to greedy corruot landlords, yet i
couldn’t even have my own guest of friendship best in
my own paid-for rental-home due to uotight strict
anti-social landlord policies signed into
dehumanikzing rental contracts.
so we had to camp in autumn with threats of rain and
cool or cold weather, and somehow part time get some
hospitality from both friends both new or known.
sometimes those situations also come with potential
hassles from landlords and/or housemates.
i bet it’s an issue other hospitably hearted folks
have to deal with, is vying for power of life choice
with less hospitable people around them who’d like to
interfere with one’s natural preference to not be
forced to live in an isolation chamber as a residence,
but be allowed guests and visitors.
sounds akin to concepts in jail and prison
punishments!
just being a non-owner renting a house merits the
punishment of the isolation chamber, as if not being
rich in american the free is a crime.
more hospitality of every kind can help remedy the
grim mockery of liberty in this once Free country.
why are power abusive control-freak tyrants so afraid
of other people’s successfully happy human
relationships thriving in their proximity ?!
it is worth exploring this ubiquitious psychotically
deranged mentality.
we may call it sometimes “the romeo and juliet tragedy
phenomenon” wherein outsiders go out of thjeir way to
interfere in otherwise fine human relatioinships, in
order to sabotage and ruin them, which soemhow makes
the negative sabateuer feel demonically empowered in
some warped way ?!
even in platonic situations of international goodwill
or doemstic brotherhood/sisterhood, simply sharing
shelter or wishing to do so, makes landlords and
hosuyemates and neighbors throw negative bitch fits.
i think www.ic.org and the fellowship for intentional
communities and her allies have a brilliant idea, of
many maximum numbers of large lands world-wide
dedicated to puirposefully co-operative human
habitation scenarios of various creative kinds, be it
co-housing, communes, ecovillages, or other styles of
“intentional communities”.
sometimes it’s organic farms offering apprenticeship
opportunities whoich provide good old fashioned
hospitality, like a sleep spot up in the hay loft in
the barn. such classic scenes do not always include
the amorous attentions of a Lovely farmer’s daughter
sneaking into the hay-loft at night to reward the
young whipper-snapper for his humble hard labor daily
benefitting the farm and earth and humanity.
however, spending nights in various weird strange and
unusual palces and situations does add spice to life
and makes for a culktured person with many an
intruiging and/or humorous story to tell, based on
their many and varied great adventures through life.
i know america the free would be more hospitable to
her own people if she granted the natural Liberty to
sleep at night, legally, such as beach sleeping and
forest camping.
such natural human rights freedoms is kinda related to
the Divine will of the creator, being about
Loving-Kindness and basic universal essential respect
an’ all.
so when government corruptions fail us, that is when
la gente = the people step in and hold open the door
to heaven on earth: natural human heartful holy happy
healthy hospitality.
~ thus spake baba baby bear
p.s. so i may continue with a few samples, however,
there’s not enough time today to relay all the many
stories, so maybe i’ll touch on a few of them lightly
and briefly, perhaps they can be revisited and
embellished in future:
more than a couple times i’ve provided hospitality to
couples either travelling or trying to get a foot in
the door on local relocation.
sometimes they were not getting along as well as
perhaps they once had, and despite both of them
telling me they approved of me becoming the brother’s
girl-friend’s new boy-friend, i always tried to play
mediator and talk them into staying together to honor
their quality time already spent bonding as friends
and as a couple. i was never opportunistic; i try to
practice golden rule, and i think honorable human
tribal mates would always seek to support the unity of
couples struggling to maintain unified harmony, not
take strife as a chance for putting a wedge between
them to gain personal advantage.
but sometimes these and other people ended up
betraying me, even stealing expensive camp gear or
rudely trying to ruin same, or actually stealing huge
sums of money.
guests are sometimes expected to naturally offer to
assist with chores, which i gladly did in my 3 week
stay at an organic family farm in Croatia=Hrvatska,
former Yugoslavia.
drawing water from well and lugging it indoors by
buckets for family drinking water; chopping wood and
gathering it and hauling it and stacking it during
summer in preparations for winter snow cold weather
survival and homey hearth-fire creature comforts.
that farm family felt they’d received more than they’d
given, and that is the best way to be a guest
advancing the goals of eventual global hospitality for
all humanity in the hearts of all humankind.
~~
now here are a few quick tips for both guests and
hosts how to be a good one and thus foster continued
power to the positive movement of hospitality:
guests: try to behave as a good friend would behave
who cares about his hosts as people and wants to see
them blessed and benefitted with your presence in
their lives. you may also have a few ideas to share on
creative ways to be a positive asset giving of oneself
to benefit your hosts, please feel free to share them
with me and others, here are a few quick ideas about
the subject from me: chores! offer to help with
daily/weekly chores, and maybe ask what the hosts may
like you to help with. new energy often enables hosts
to begin projects they’ve been putting off: maybe
window cleaning, or bathroom cleaning, or various
improvments to yard and/or home. at least clean up
after yourself, but try going beyond that to doing
other people’s dishes, offer to participate in general
overall housecleaning and yard work, gardening chores,
etc. childcare and babysitting is often a great boon
to over-worked parents. somehow figure a way to make
yourself a heavenly angelic presence in their lives,
that when you leave they miss you laready and wish
you’d stay, and they look forward to whatever new
guests in future they may happily offer hospitality
to.
guests, please try to be humble and grateful for even
the most basic accomodations, even a backyard spot to
pitch a tent, or a spot on living room couch if not a
real bed in a private bedroom all to yourself. that i
guess is a major theme of www.couchsurfing.com in
perticular, that humility and gratefulness for basic
simple hospitality accomodations is to be graciously
received in an honoring and appreciative spirit.
i think it’s always wise to carry a big backpack full
of cmap gear for self-reliance, so you can be content
if need be with a backyard spot and access to the
outside hose-tap and only get indoor access if the
family is home to offer you a hot shower boon, etc.
if hosts trust guests enough to give them run of the
house in their presence and/or absence, then for
goodness sake be worthy of said trust by being
trustworthy. practice vigilantly consciously aware
ethical cosncience. have fun playing super-hero for
the good, being a good guest is your opportunity to
shoine as a sacred ambassador of the higher human
potential in action: be of service, try “Seva”
{selfless service}. find great profound joy in being
other people’s miraculous “God-send”.
Hosts may guide guests to read that essay by star*
however plesase realize how arduopus long distance
travel can be and maybe give guests a couple or few
days and nights of of rest , recovery, relaxation and
rejuvenation to regain their strength and health and
energy to be able to serve well and joyfully with
positive attitude. greet them with all basic human
needs met ASAP, water, fruit, food, shower, laundry,
sleeping arrangments. when guests experience the hosts
as so Loving as to be a welcome to heavenlike scene on
earth , full of loving-kindness and good vibes and
sweet-hearted friendliness, then guests may become
super-charged with enthusiastic energy to serve their
gracious hosts with reciprocal generosity of goodly
spirit.

~~
below are a couple examples of right and wrong guest
behaviour:
one of my ex-girl-friends from another country,
england in fact, stuck her hand into my trousers
pocket while i slept at night in our shared bed and
she pilferred several hundred dolalrs out of my
wallet, if it wasn’t while i slept it was while i was
absent for a bathroom break.
once while i a native Californian west coaster of
pacific ocean communion was on east coast in
pennsylvania and a pittsburgh rainbow brother-man who
was maybe half-breed indian or wanted to be, he had 3
real “little indian boys” with a ful blooded real
native american indian woman, well she was absent, i
think she’d been murdered after being raped by violent
hypocrite “native Hawaiin” gang who hate
“haoles”=”mainlanders”. anyways, that is not a very
hospitable aloha spirit is it?
well he was a single father with 3 little indian boys
he adored, and let me stay the night as i’d contacted
him thru rainbow guide, as i was travelling, and altho
i was broke and had nothing much with me, i never
touched or even pushed aside the huge pile of money he
purposely left sitting on the kitchen table in plain
site. i did that naturally as an innocent eternal
child divine, yet the next day he was so impressed
that when he let me out of the vehcile he’d given me a
ride to edge of town to continue my perilous
misadventures, he voluntarily offerred me a nifty
fifty dollar bill and somehow poetically told me i
deserved it as a gift for not having taken anything as
a thief, i guess he’d been testing me to see if i had
honorable ethical integrity.
anyways, i gotta go now, it might take days weeks
months and volumes of pages of writ to scribe all the
stories as well as guidance for humanity regarding the
sacred gift of humbly giving and receiving and sharing
hospitality as good hosts and good guests.
there’s always more to be written in future….

A short poem…
July 25th, 2006Seeking VEGANS to provide VEGAN childcare.

I am seeking to expand my prestigious NJ homeschooling business to other areas of the world where it is sorely needed. To this end, I am hoping to hear from vegans who are willing to provide childcare for homeschooling clients of mine and implement my vegan curriculum. You only need to be English-literate and committed vegan. We split the fee the families pay for the service. Each child gets an indiviually-tailored cutting-edge superior curriculum, reflecting his/her interests and needs, and you and I consult about his/her schooling via phone and email. This is a vitally important job, and you can make money making the world a better place, and have a pro-compassionate, anti-cruelty job for the good of the future and the earth. If interested, or if you know of vegans anywhere who might be interested, please email - thank you.

you all can hand out vegan literature at college and
university campuses.
get the colorful 8 or 16 pages brochures sent to you
by the hundreds for free or donate to cover their
printing expenses etc if you are rich and really can
afford it.
maybe folks with plenty money but no time nor
inclination to freely volunteer handing leaflets, well
they can fund the fliers to get sent to idealistic
crusaders and vegan activists to do the free
volunteering handing out the vegan brochures.
they also have vegetarian literature; and another one
i think that just suggests reducing meat consumption.
i guess it’s about transition, weaning meat-eaters
slowly and gradually.
maybe itr depends on who is distributing them, if they
eat meat or are vegetarian or vegan; well even
conscientious folks addicted to flesh-foods can
understand things like destruction of rainsforests
which phoito-synthesize air we need to breathe, and
meat culture stealing 30-times the resources compared
to vegan culture.
anyways, let’s all team up to educate humanity about
veganism, plant-based culture; get away from horrible
domesticated-animals slavery.

when we find the inner Light, we find inner peace
July 24th, 2006when we find the inner Light, we find inner peace. that way we can respect and honor our own higher true self with dignity. then we can also project and reflect that positive attitude ointo others, mirroring our own esoteric divinity in them. what we have found spiritually as soul we know they may find also; divinity as child of creator is everyone’s origin essence and potential.
