land in Calif is expensive.what people are like in area you'd have to experience and judge for yourself. my feeling is; the 5 acres is a sanctuary separate from surrounding area. tho yes, local area effects somewhat. there's a natural health food store in town with veg food and organics.

yes we ought to and want to and need help to grow max organic produce on the 5 acres along russian river both for cmty use and to sell extra to earn for cmty needs.

one person was in control, but now he's gone for good. so now it's more egalitarian and decisions made by the whole group; all who live there FT, PT, longterm, short-term, and periodical participants from sebastopol, etc too. all have a say; weekly meetings sundays.
